Minimum order quantities
The minimum is 5 units per product, and quantities must be multiples of the product's pack size (5, 10, 15, 20…). The cart enforces this automatically. For volumes above displayed stock, contact us on WhatsApp.
Pricing & quotations
Prices are never published on this site. Submit a Request for Quotation and our sales team will reply with pricing, availability and terms — typically within one business day.
Lead times
Ready-stock items dispatch from Dubai within 1–3 business days. Bulk pre-orders or items awaiting replenishment typically take 2–4 weeks; we confirm the exact date in your quotation.
Shipping
We ship across the UAE and GCC by road or air freight. Export orders can be arranged EXW or FOB Dubai. Shipping cost depends on volume and destination and is quoted per request.
Returns & warranty
Dead-on-arrival units reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced. Manufacturer warranty applies to all branded goods. Opened consumables and accessories are non-returnable unless defective.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer or cash on collection. Credit terms are available for approved trade accounts after the first few transactions.
