A 38 cm cast-iron plate set for Tefal's BG91 barbecue series, giving 1333 cm² of cooking surface in three configurations. Cast iron holds and returns heat in a way a pressed plate does not, which is what puts a sear on meat. The half-grids go in a dishwasher. It fits the BG91 series only — worth stating plainly, because a grill accessory bought for the wrong body is a return.
