A French-made 2800 W iron with a 260 g/min steam burst, which is the figure that gets linen flat in one pass instead of three. The Durilium AirGlide Plus soleplate has a catalytic coating that is supposed to stop the brown marks a dirty plate leaves on a white shirt, and the patented calc filter is the reason it keeps doing that in hard water — which the water here is. Auto shut-off, 270 ml tank, 1.6 kg, UK plug. Tefal rates the product repairable for fifteen years, which is a real argument for a hotel or a laundry rather than a domestic buyer.
