The everyday saucepan — milk, sauces, eggs, small batches of soup — at 18 cm with a long handle and a tempered glass lid. Eterna is Nutricook's tri-ply line: a layer of aluminium between two of stainless steel, so heat spreads across the base instead of pooling over the burner. The ceramic interior is PFAS-free and takes metal utensils, which is the pairing most hybrid pans get wrong in one direction or the other. Induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs; oven safe.
